there is also another similar, but slightly differently-nuanced usage: うか‾まいか, where the two options are being decided on (ex 台風のような雨だ。予定通り美術館に行こうか行くまいか。It's raining like a typhoon - should I go to the museum as planned or not? also 彼と結婚しようかするまいか悩むくらいなら、やめた方がいい。If you're having a hard time deciding to marry him or not, you'd better forget about it.)
This is basically the same as -てもーなくても。
