Xならでは is equivalent to Xならければ or X でなくては, which means : if it is not X
Main clauses have often the negative potential form of a verb, or an adjective indicating impossibility, such as
X ならでだ or XならではのN are the abbreviated forms of Xならではだ and XならではなN, which respectively mean "impossible if it is not X" or "which is impossible if it is not X"
