する nouns (such as する or する) are often abbreviated in everyday speech by dropping the する in this format, leaving the noun(the part that comes before する) + にる.

The second and third model sentences have a typo in them.

「・・・なにをしにくたんだろう?」should be 「・・・なにをしにきたんだろう?」(くた→きた)

「きみはつだいにくてくれたの?・・・」should be 「きみはつだいにきてくれたの?・・・」(くて→きて)

Fixed - they weren't typos, but a problem with the site's conjugation engine (specifically with る).

PS: I'm going to add help markers for this, but you can go to Quiz -> Settings and adjust your kanji study history so more kanji appear in the reibuns.

Thanks, I changed my settings.
The title of the thread still has a typo/engine problem.
It's displayed as に(き)る, but should be に(く)る. Must be a pain in the ass to deal with the irregular verbs :(

Most irregulars are no problem at all. る is the only real problem because the hiragana that is written with the kanji (く) changes with the conjugations, whereas most/all other verbs only change after the kanji/stem. Will fix this asap.

Looks like someone already pointed out the title error. Thanks! It really did confuse me for a minute.
