さ is more objective and general, while み is more subjective and emotional and used in recent times by young people increasingly on social media.

「~み」と「~さ」はどちらもするですが、「~さ」はし、「~み」はがあります。で「やばみ」「うれしみ」のように「~み」がされるようになり、よりめたとしてまりました。

What is the difference between this み ending and the さ ending in like さor さ?

The さ is used to describe a degree or amount - think of it more as a measurement.
