The かれ for this grammar point is not a part of the binding lists.  I don't know if you can add an 'or' option or select a blank slot for binding purposes.

Hmm - the binding can only handle a single chunk, so it would not be able to handle A かれ B かれ, just one of them. I did add an entry for binding, though.
