Hello. If you had to say which expression is more politically correct, and which is less, would this be a correct gradation...

ていただけませんか?
てもらえませんか?
ていただけない?
てもらえない?

Or is there really not much difference? Thank you.

Only the third is "wrong", because it would probably be a very, very specific situation where you are using both the humble いただける AND a short form ない.

As to the others, it's different politeness levels, so they'd fit in different situations.
