With the example sentences:

であるばかりだあるのか

そのばかりだする

The examples sentences seem to be using ばかりだ~も while the construction says ばかりではなく~も.

ばかりではなく~も seems fairly straight forward, but the ばかりだ~も seems weird (like a not is missing).

Is the ばかりではなく being shortened to ばかりだ to sound more casual here ? Or is it something else entirely ?

[EDIT]

Looks like it was just a data error where ではなく was getting replaced with だ. Seems to be fixed now, and the examples sentences are following the ばかりではなく~も pattern as expected.
