『抜きにして』diễn tả ý: làm việc gì đó mà bỏ qua N1, loại N1 ra... "Bỏ qua/Thôi không... nữa"

Both なし and 抜きで express the idea of 'without' in Japanese, but with a slight difference in nuance. なし indicates the absence or lack of something, e.g. '砂糖なしでお願いします' ('I'll have it without sugar'). 抜きで implies the exclusion of something that would typically be expected, e.g. 'ワサビ抜きのお寿司' ('sushi without wasabi') or 'ランチ抜きで仕事する' ('work without eating lunch').
