Yep! It's just a suffix then, but I supppose that since there's already a page for , it wouldn't hurt to add the suffix form.

When they say "です。"... it means "it's over"? just asking. heard in dorama when a meeting ended..they said です。meeting adjourned..

Not 'over' as much, more like...'That's all'. You can also use it after giving a set of instructions, announcements, etc.
